and I do web design for personal websites, small businesses, forum layouts (Especially phpBB), and likely other things (Maybe Myspace or Wordpress layouts?) too if you have the need. My designs are clean, HTML 4.01 Strict valid as well as CSS 2.1 valid, load fast, work in all major modern browsers, are accessible and can be licensed however you like.

Why choose me over someone else?

If you are not looking for someone to build you a huge E-commerce site and just want HTML/CSS for a personal site (For example portfolios) or a small buisness site (For example a local store) then I am a good choice. I prefer to focus on layout and design- How it looks visually, as opposed to the functionality beyond the basics such as email contact forms.
